LINK. Coworking HUB - Regie
This conceptual architectural project represents my diploma thesis, developed during my final year at the “Ion Mincu” University of Architecture and Urbanism in Bucharest.
It showcases my vision for a modern coworking space in the Regie-Grozăvești area of Bucharest, an urban context where educational, creative, and commercial functions intersect. The project explores how architecture can act as a catalyst for community, collaboration, and urban regeneration through a coworking hub designed to connect students, professionals, and entrepreneurs.
The design proposes a permeable and flexible structure capable of accommodating diverse activities – from working and meeting to exhibiting and socializing – while maintaining a strong relationship with the surrounding urban fabric and pedestrian flows along the Dâmbovița River.
This conceptual project demonstrates my approach to architecture as both a social and spatial framework – one that integrates functionality, identity, and adaptability in response to the evolving dynamics of contemporary work and urban life.
Note: This is a conceptual academic project and has not been built.
